The tour will take place this April 16th-17th, so come out and learn the latest money-saving and earth-friendly ways to build, landscape, and design your community! Builders, architects, designers, craftsman with a deep green focus will showcase their sustainable design and construction projects on this free, public tour. Tour our Olympia roasting facility and learn about our newly installed energy efficient lights and the creative ways our Maintenance Manager, Jim Unzicker, has reduced the size of our trash can from a one yard dumpster to the smallest can available to a commercial business, and we rarely fill the 35 gallon can!
