Blends

We construct our blends after each single origin coffee is out of the roaster. The unique complexity of each coffee is coaxed out in the roasting process and they are then blended to create a marvelous mélange of aroma, flavor and body. Our signature Dancing Goats Blend makes a dark, smooth and sweet espresso as well as a satisfying cup of drip coffee. Mocha-Java is a classic that echoes the recipe of the earliest known coffee blend. Vesuvio Blend makes a dark, Italian-style espresso.
