100 Years of Coffee Growing!
The Pluma Real estate in Oaxaca, Mexico, has been owned and managed by the same family for nearly 100 years. Only the ripest cherries are picked off heirloom Typica plants of the “Pluma” variety. After a traditional fermentation process, this certified organic coffee is sun dried. The result is a sweet, bright, balanced cup with citrus aromatics and a silky mouth feel.
