Returns & Replacements
We pride ourselves on selecting only the highest quality coffee, equipment and merchandise for batdorfcoffee.com. However, if you are dissatisfied with any product purchased from us, please let us know.
If our coffees, food items fail to meet your expectations, please contact us for a full refund. If you are dissatisfied with any merchandise or equipment, or find it to be faulty, please contact us within 30 days of shipment for return shipping instructions.
